What is the age range of events: All ages over 18 are welcome, however most guests are in their 20s, 30s and 40s.

Do I have  to pay to attend: You can either pay to attend a public event or become a member and entry is included in the fee.

What events are not included in the membership fee: Dining events have an additional fee.

Can I pay on the arrival: We prefer you pay in advance so we know numbers, however if you contact the host to confirm your space we can sometimes make allowances.

What is the dress code for events: Most London venues require smart dress, this is always specified in the event description.  As a rough guide smart jeans are acceptable, trainers and sportswear are not.

What do I need to bring with me: Photo ID is usually required by the venue, your ticket either printed or on your mobile device is helpful but not necessary as your name should be on our guest list if you have RSVPed.

Can I get a refund: Membership and tickets are non refundable.

How can I cancel my membership: Drop your concierge an email and your membership will be terminated or postponed with 30 days notice.

Can I bring a friend with me: Yes friends are welcome, if you are a member you can bring a friend for free each time you attend an event.

I’m attending alone, will I feel uncomfortable: Not at all, a number of guests attend alone and are introduced to other guests by our friendly hosts.

What time should I arrive: We advise as close to the start time as possible, entry cut off times are advised on the specific events.
