Are your events safe?
All Cocktails & Conversation events are hosted by trained staff, guest lists are verified at the door, and every event operates under strict conduct guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
Do events sell out?
Most events — particularly those at central London venues and weekend mixers — sell out days or weeks in advance. Members receive guaranteed access even when events reach capacity for general admission.
Can I attend alone?
Many of our guests attend independently. Our mixers, speed dating evenings, and seasonal events are all designed so that arriving alone feels entirely natural. Our hosts are present throughout the evening to make introductions and ensure everyone feels at ease from the moment they arrive.
What is the usual age range?
The majority of our guests are professionals in their late 20s to late 40s, though this varies by event type. Where a specific age range applies, this is clearly noted on the individual event listing.
How does matching work?
Our app allows you to view attendee profiles before the event, match privately afterwards, and message one another without exchanging personal contact details until you are ready to do so.
What is the dress code?
Our events lean towards smart, stylish, and cocktail-luxe. Guests dress well — think elevated social nightlife rather than casual bar wear. Specific dress codes are noted on individual event pages where relevant.
What if I can no longer attend?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket or request a credit note via our self-service portal up to 48 hours before the event. Access the self-service portal →
Do I need to be a member to attend?
Membership is not required. A limited number of general admission tickets are available for most events, allowing you to experience an event before committing to membership. Members benefit from complimentary access, priority booking, and guaranteed entry.
