Common questions
Do I have to be a member to come to an event?
No, non-members are welcome with a limited number of tickets available for each event. Members get priority access and most events are included free.
Is it normal to come alone?
Very much so. Most of our guests attend solo and our hosts are there to help you settle in and meet people from the moment you arrive.
What age group are these events for?
It varies by event. Each event page lists its own age guide, from the mid twenties upwards, so you can choose the night that suits you best.
What should I wear?
Dress codes vary by venue and are listed on each event page, generally smart or stylish, sometimes with a specific theme for the night.
How do matches work?
For speed dating and mixer events, download the Cocktails and Conversation app before you arrive. This is how you record who you would like to see again, and it unlocks a private chat if the match is mutual.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can issue yourself a credit note up to 48 hours before the event through our self-service portal.
Do you run events outside London?
Yes, we also run regular nights in Manchester, alongside our full London calendar.
