Membership Terms
As a Member of Cocktails & Conversation you agree to the following conditions of membership.
As a Member of Cocktails & Conversation your membership fees are to be paid yearly in advance.
Your membership will be for a minimum of 1 year. You may place your membership on hold at any time, your membership can be frozen for a maximum period of 6 months after which time you will have to apply again.
Yearly Membership fees are to be paid in advance for via bank transfer. After which time you event membership will be billed the same amount per year with the option to cancel at any time. Matchmaking membership is a one off payment.
You can cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days of making payment.
By making payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions
Client Membership
You the client are sound of mind and body, do not have a criminal record.
You are single, unattached and free to attend single events.
You agree to provide up-to-date, honest and accurate information about yourself in the registration process. You agree to supply a photograph that represents a true likeness.
You warrant and represent to us that all information you give to Cocktails & Conversation and our other clients is accurate, true and is not misleading.
You know of no other circumstance which may prevent you from being an active Cocktails & Conversation member and being a suitable introduction prospect for other members. You undertake to inform us of any change to your circumstances which may affect your suitability as a client.
You agree to pay the introduction fees for use of The Service. The Cocktails & Conversation fees are required in advance of any services being carried out.
You will not cancel more than 2 dates with the same clients.
You will arrive to dates on time (unless in extenuating circumstances).
You the Client agree to provide feedback to your matchmaker regarding dates within a timely manner.
We make every effort to inform you if other Clients cancel at short notice. We are not responsible for any expense or inconvenience caused if this happens. We take the matter of cancellations at short notice and members not turning up for dates without notice seriously.
You agree to our confidentiality agreement to keep now and in the future, any personal information relating to other clients. With your agreement we will look for and select dates with non fee paying and associate clients on our database whom we feel may be suitable.
Personal Data
We will keep private and confidential your information, including but not limited to billing and other information provided during the registration process, phone calls and e-mail communications.
Under all other circumstances none of your personal details will be disclosed to any third party without your consent,
Except that you agree Cocktails & Conversation may do so in the belief that such action is necessary. For example:
- To comply with the law & GDPR
- To comply with legal process
- To enforce the Terms and Conditions
- To respond to claims that such content violates the rights of third-parties
We will not sell or rent out your personal information or disclose your email address to any third party without your permission. Cocktails & Conversation undertake to comply with all obligatory privacy and data protection laws regarding your personal information.
We take every step to vet the sincerity and intentions of members of Cocktails & Conversation before we make introductions.
