Matchmaking Membership Terms & Conditions
- Membership Eligibility: Membership with Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking is open to individuals aged 18 and above who meet the criteria outlined in our Ideal Candidates for Matchmaking section.
- Membership Fees: By signing up for our matchmaking services, you agree to pay the applicable membership fees as outlined during the signup process. Fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Matchmaking Process: Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking will use its expertise and experience to introduce you to potential matches based on your preferences and our assessment of compatibility. While we strive to find suitable matches, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or the success of any particular match.
- Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. Information shared with Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking, including personal details and preferences, will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of matchmaking.
- Participation in Events: As a member, you may have the opportunity to attend exclusive events organized by Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking. Participation in these events is subject to availability and additional terms and conditions may apply.
- Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times, both during interactions with Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking staff and fellow members.
- Termination of Membership: Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
- Disclaimer: While Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking endeavors to provide quality matchmaking services, we cannot guarantee the success of any match or the outcome of any relationship formed as a result of our services. We disclaim any liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participating in our matchmaking program.
- Membership Pause Option: Members on a 6-month term can request a maximum pause period of 1 month, while members on a 12-month term can request a maximum pause period of 3 months, once during their membership term. To request a pause, members must provide written notice to Cocktails & Conversation Matchmaking at least 7 days in advance. During the pause period, membership fees will be suspended, and matchmaking services will be temporarily halted. Upon expiration of the pause period, the remaining term of the membership will resume. Only one pause request is permitted per membership term.
